The Head of Delivery co-ordinates and aligns both our clients and PSL to get the right value from our product solutions and services.

- Own the delivery activity for PSL, maximising delivery effectiveness and efficiency
- Ensure solutions and services are delivered on time, within budget, and to expectations
- Ensure PSL always deliver quality solutions and a quality service
- Ensure PSL deliveries are managed and controlled to support PSL financial and operational objectives
- Ensure work is seamlessly managed and coordinated between internal PSL teams
